Crystals and handcrafted products are unique and it can be difficult to find the right piece when shopping online, therefore you have the option of a return or exchange if you do not connect with a piece when it arrives.
For non-damaged items, please ensure that you contact us within 30 days to arrange a refund or exchange via your Online Account or email us directly.
Refund and shop credits will be issued at the discretion of Rock + Realm and you are responsible for the return shipping fee.

This White Hamsa Hand Incense Holder combines a practical ceramic incense plate with one of the world's most enduring protective symbols. Finished in soft white with raised detailing and a fine metallic gold-coloured edge, it's an easy way to bring a little symbolism into your space.
The Hamsa Hand has been used as a protective symbol across cultures and faiths of the Middle East and North Africa for centuries. How To Use
Place your Hamsa incense holder on a stable, heat-resistant surface and insert the bamboo end of your incense stick into the small hole in the centre of the eye.
Light the coated end, allow the flame to catch briefly, then gently blow it out and allow the incense to smoulder. The ceramic hand beneath will catch falling ash as it burns.
Once completely cool, dispose of the ash and wipe the holder clean as required.
Never leave burning incense unattended. Keep away from children, pets, draughts and flammable materials.

Allow to cool completely before handling or cleaning. Gently remove loose ash after use and wipe clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners and scourers, particularly around the gold-coloured edging. Handle with care to protect the ceramic from chips and knocks.

We offer Free Shipping for letter post orders, when you spend over £45 in the UK or over £150 for international customers. Unfortunately, we've paused our EU deliveries due to recent legislative changes.

Yes. We operate a quibble-free 30 day return policy, so you don't need to worry if you don't connect with your new crystal.
We'll pay shipping for any damaged products and you'll need to pay for shipping for all other returns.
