Free Shipping
Free Tracked 48 delivery is offered for orders over:
- UK - Orders over £45
- Worldwide - Orders over £150
- UK Free Shipping is also available for smaller items that fit in the large letter post, e.g. incense, books, etc.

- Please note: Orders place now will be dispatched from May due to a short operational pause. Following this despatch and delivery times may taken longer than usual.

- Royal Mail Tracked 24 Delivery: Tracked to delivery point and next working day delivery
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 Delivery: Tracked to delivery point and arrives within 2 - 3 working days
- DPD UK Next Day Delivery: Tracked to delivery point and next working day delivery
- Royal Mail Second Class (Free Delivery) - No tracking and arrives within 2 - 3 workings days
- International Delivery: Tracked to delivery point and arrives within 7 - 28 working days

PLEASE NOTE - Due to new GPSR regulation that came into effect 13th December 2024, we no longer ship to Northern Ireland or Europe.
Available shipping methods for your order will be calculated and shown at checkout. All orders are sent via Royal Mail or UK courier services such as DPD.

- Parcels Under 2kg: £4.50
- Orders over £60: FREE
Tracked 24 (Royal Mail) - Next working day (+ 1 day despatch)
- Large Letter - £3.50
- Parcels Under 2kg: £5.50
Next Day (DPD UK) - Next Working Day (+ 1 day despatch)
- Parcels: £6.75
International Delivery
PLEASE NOTE -
Due to uncertainty with US Tariff regulations we are temporarily suspending shipping to the United States.
All orders are sent via courier and can take between 7 - 28 working days to arrive after despatch. Available shipping methods for your order will be calculated and shown at checkout based upon weight and your address.
International zone 1 - Mexico, India, Singapore, South America, South Africa, Asia & the Far East
- Under 500g: £12.00
- Medium Parcels 500 - 1kg: £16.00
- Large Parcels 1 - 2kg: £22.00
- Orders over £150: FREE
International zone 2 - Canada
- Under 500g: £16.00
- Medium Parcels 500 - 1kg: £18.00
- Large Parcels 1 - 2kg: £25.00

International zone 3 - Oceania including Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and other islands
Additional international charges
Each country has their own VAT, import tax and duty laws, which may incur additional fees when arriving in your country. Please note that you are responsible for any taxes or duties on your shipment and will need to pay them before you can receive your order, therefore check your country purchase limits before purchasing.
Missing and Returned Parcels
We’re here to help if a parcel goes missing on its way to you whilst in transit, however we only have access to the same tracking information as you do, so may not be able to help. Note that when a parcel leaves the UK border it is passed from the Royal Mail to a local carrier and therefore you are likely to have access to more detail via that local carrier's online tracking.
If your parcel is returned to us due to any of the following reasons, we will contact you to organise to ship your item again at an additional cost to you. Alternatively, we can refund for any undamaged goods.
Reasons for “Return to Sender”
- incorrect/incomplete address
- failure to pick up from your local post office within their timeframe
- refusal to pay fees due
Please note - If an order is returned to us, we will only be able to refund minus any costs incurred for example PayPal fees, plus an administration charge of £5 for all orders.
Postage costs will not be refunded and if you qualified for free postage this will be deducted from any refund.
