Please note there are numerous postal strikes planned that may cause delays outside of our control. 

Add 3 - 5 days to standard delivery times for items despatched when strike action is planned.

All untracked postage options are suspended during this time and a new DPD UK next day delivery option has been added.


Free Shipping

Free shipping is offered when you spend over a certain amount, which varies based upon your location. 

UK - Orders over £50

Europe - Orders over £100

Worldwide - Orders over  £150

Australia & New Zealand - Orders over £200


UK Free Shipping
is also available for smaller items that fit in the large letter post, e.g. incense, books, etc.

Working Days - Monday - Friday

Non-Working Days - No despatch on bank holidays, Royal Mail strike days, Saturdays or Sundays

Standard Despatch: 1 - 3 working days of order

 

- Royal Mail Tracked 24 Delivery: Tracking to delivery point and next working day delivery

- Royal Mail Tracked 48 Delivery: Tracked to delivery point and arrives within 2 - 3 working days

- DPD UK Next Day Delivery: Tracked to delivery point and next working day delivery

- International Delivery: Tracked to delivery point and arrives within 14 - 28 working days

    Tracked 48 (Royal Mail) - 2 - 3 working days

    • Large Letters - FREE
    • Parcels Under 2kg: £4.00
    • Orders over £50: FREE

    Tracked 24 (Royal Mail) - Next working day

    • Large Letter - £3.50
    • Parcels Under 2kg: £5.00

    Next Day (DPD UK) - Next Working Day

    • Parcels: £6.00

     

    International Delivery

    All orders are sent via courier and can take between 14 - 28 working days to arrive after despatch. 

    Available shipping methods for your order will be calculated and shown at checkout based upon weight and your address.

     

    European Standard -  Royal Mail International or Courier Service

    • Up to 1kg: £12.00
    • 1 - 2kg: £14.50
    • Orders over £100: FREE


    International zone 1 - Mexico, India, Singapore, South America, South Africa, Asia & the Far East 

    • Under 500g: £12.00
    • Medium Parcels 500 - 1kg: £16.00
    • Large Parcels 1 - 2kg: £22.00
    • Orders over £150: FREE

     

    International zone 2 - Canada and the United States of America

    • Under 500g: £16.00
    • Medium Parcels 500 - 1kg: £18.00
    • Large Parcels 1 - 2kg: £25.00
    • Orders over £150: FREE

     

    International zone 3 -  Oceania including Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and other islands

    - Up to 1kg: £16.00
    - 1 - 2 kg: £28.00

    Additional international charges

    Each country has their own VAT, import tax and duty laws, which may incur additional fees when arriving in your country. Please note that you are responsible for any taxes or duties on your shipment and will need to pay them before you can receive your order, therefore check your country purchase limits before purchasing.

    From 1st July 2021 there are new rules for exporting items to the EU from the UK. All goods are now liable to be charged local VAT rates. This additional VAT is not collected at checkout by Rock + Realm. You may be contacted by your local customs to pay the VAT plus an admin fee upon arrival at the border of your country. Orders valued €150+ may also be subject to additional customs/handling fees.

     

    Missing and Returned Parcels 

    We’re here to help if a parcel goes missing on its way to you whilst in transit, however we only have access to the same tracking information as you do, so may not be able to help.

    If your parcel is returned to us due to any of the following reasons, we will contact you to organise to ship your item again at an additional cost to you. Alternatively, we can refund for any undamaged goods.

    Reasons for “Return to Sender”

    - incorrect/incomplete address

    - failure to pick up from your local post office within their timeframe

    - refusal to pay fees due

     

    Please note - If an order is returned to us, we will only be able to refund minus any costs incurred, plus an administration charge of £5 for all orders. 

    Postage costs will not be refunded and if you qualified for free postage this will be deducted from any refund.
