High quality is important to us and all items purchased from Rock + Realm are selected and wrapped with love and care.

Please note that crystals and hand crafted products aren’t uniformly perfect like manufactured materials or factory produced products - this is a large part of their charm and character! Please review the photographs and videos before purchasing.

We select products for quality and therefore if it arrives in a condition that doesn’t meet our high standards it will be sold as seconds or ‘warrior’ crystals, clearly labelled and at marked down prices.


Returns & Exchanges 

Damaged Goods

At Rock + Realm, we take the time to ensure that your items are checked over before being carefully packaged and sent, however, on occasion your items may be damaged during transit. 

For damaged items, please contact us with photos of the damage within 48 hours of receiving your parcel via the Contact Page.

A free shipping label will be provided and an exchange or refund will be arranged upon receipt of the item(s).


Unwanted Goods

All crystals are very unique and it can be difficult to find the right piece when shopping online, therefore you have the option of a return or exchange if you do not connect with a piece when it arrives.

For non-damaged items, please ensure that you contact us within 14 days to arrange a refund or exchange via the Contact Page.

Refund and shop credits will be issued at the discretion of Rock + Realm and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee.


Exceptions & Exclusions

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on used items, seconds, sale items or gift cards.

Cancellations are only accepted before products have been shipped and if PayPal is used then the fees will be deducted from any refund.


If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything possible to help rectify the issue.
