EU Shipping Policy Update

From 1st July 2021 there are more new rules for exporting items to the EU from the UK.

Please read carefully prior to purchase to avoid unexpected costs. 

• All goods are now liable to be charged local VAT rates
• This additional VAT is not collected at checkout by Rock + Realm
• You may be contacted by your local customs to pay the VAT plus an admin fee upon arrival at the border of your country
• Orders valued €150+ may also be subject to additional customs/handling fees

Any charges are completely out of Rock + Realm’s control and are charged to you directly by the shipping handler. The shipping handler will notify you directly before releasing your goods to you.

Each country determines it's own rate, therefore please check this locally before placing your order.

IMPORTANT NOTE - 

If an order is returned as a result of a refusal to pay the fees due, Rock + Realm will only be able to refund minus any costs incurred, plus an administration charge of £5 for all orders.

Postage costs will not be refunded and if you qualified for free postage this will be deducted from any refund.

The new VAT checks are also very likely to cause delays. Please be aware I have the same tracking information as you and can’t see any additional info or chase orders unless they are more than 30 days overdue.
