For non-damaged items, please ensure that you contact us within 30 days to arrange a refund or exchange via your Online Account or email us directly.

We offer Free Shipping for letter post orders, when you spend over £45 in the UK or over £150 for international customers. Unfortunately, we've paused our EU deliveries due to recent legislative changes.

We'll pay shipping for any damaged products and you'll need to pay for shipping for all other returns.
