Crystals and handcrafted products are unique and it can be difficult to find the right piece when shopping online, therefore you have the option of a return or exchange if you do not connect with a piece when it arrives.
For non-damaged items, please ensure that you contact us within 30 days to arrange a refund or exchange via your Online Account or email us directly.
Refund and shop credits will be issued at the discretion of Rock + Realm and you are responsible for the return shipping fee.

Lepidolite crystal tumble stones are selected intuitively from the following weight range:
Pebbles - 20 - 30g
The pictures represent the quality & sizing you can expect to receive, however please note that each stone is unique and so there will be variations.
In particular note that some stones are dark purple and others are pale purple and white, as per the reference photo.

How much does delivery cost?
We offer Free Shipping for letter post orders, when you spend over £60 in the UK or over £150 for international customers. Unfortunately, we've paused our EU deliveries due to recent legislative changes.

Yes. We operate a quibble-free 30 day return policy, so you don't need to worry if you don't connect with your new crystal.
We'll pay shipping for any damaged products and you'll need to pay for shipping for all other returns.
