Crystals and handcrafted products are unique and it can be difficult to find the right piece when shopping online, therefore you have the option of a return or exchange if you do not connect with a piece when it arrives.
For non-damaged items, please ensure that you contact us within 30 days to arrange a refund or exchange via your Online Account or email us directly.
Refund and shop credits will be issued at the discretion of Rock + Realm and you are responsible for the return shipping fee.

How To Use
Light the tip of the incense stick, allow it to catch briefly then gently fan out the flame so the stick begins to smoulder. Place securely in the ceramic holder provided or another heat-safe incense burner.
Burn before meditation or ritual, or allow the fragrance to move through your space when you want to create a fresher, more intentional atmosphere. I think this one will also work particularly well for cleansing crystals without smoke coming into direct contact with them: simply allow the incense smoke to gently pass around your crystals for a few moments.
Always burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from draughts and flammable materials.

Yes! Just pop your message in the box at checkout and we’ll handwrite it on a lovely affirmation card. If you're sending a gift you can rest assured that we don't include a paper invoice with prices in the box.

How much does delivery cost?
We offer Free Shipping for letter post orders, when you spend over £45 in the UK or over £150 for international customers. Unfortunately, we've paused our EU deliveries due to recent legislative changes.

Yes. We operate a quibble-free 30 day return policy, so you don't need to worry if you don't connect with your new crystal.
We'll pay shipping for any damaged products and you'll need to pay for shipping for all other returns.
