Crystals and handcrafted products are unique and it can be difficult to find the right piece when shopping online, therefore you have the option of a return or exchange if you do not connect with a piece when it arrives.
For non-damaged items, please ensure that you contact us within 30 days to arrange a refund or exchange via your Online Account or email us directly.
Refund and shop credits will be issued at the discretion of Rock + Realm and you are responsible for the return shipping fee.

How To Use
Light the tip of the incense stick and gently fan out the flame to let it smoulder. Place the stick in the holder provided or in a heat-safe incense burner.
Allow the fragrance to cleanse your space during meditation, energy work, or evening rituals. Always burn on a stable surface, away from drafts and flammable materials.

We offer Free Shipping for letter post orders, when you spend over £60 in the UK or over £150 for international customers. Unfortunately, we've paused our EU deliveries due to recent legislative changes.

We'll pay shipping for any damaged products and you'll need to pay for shipping for all other returns.
