How To Use
Create your cleansing ritual
Choose a quiet moment when you can open a window, slow down and set an intention for your space.
Prepare your space. Open a window to allow fresh air to circulate. Take a moment to consider what you'd like to release and what you'd like to welcome into your home.
Light your Palo Santo. Hold one end of the stick over a flame until it begins to smoulder, then gently blow out the flame. Allow the fragrant smoke to drift into the air.
Move mindfully. Carry the smoking stick carefully through your space, focusing on doorways, corners and areas where you'd like to create a fresh atmosphere. Use a heatproof dish to catch any ash.
Set your intention. As you move through your space, visualise letting go of stagnant feelings and making room for fresh possibilities.
Place your Selenite. Keep your Selenite wand near an entrance, on a bedside table or alongside your crystal collection as a symbolic reminder of clarity and positive intentions.
Your Selenite wand can also be used independently, without smoke, for a simple crystal cleansing or intention-setting ritual.
Always extinguish your Palo Santo completely in a suitable heatproof dish after use. Never leave burning or smouldering wood unattended, and keep away from children, pets and flammable materials. Avoid smoke rituals around anyone sensitive to smoke.

Selenite: Keep dry and gently dust with a soft cloth. Selenite is a soft, delicate mineral that can be damaged by water, knocks and abrasive surfaces. Store somewhere dry and handle with care.
Palo Santo: Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture. Burn only in a well-ventilated space, using a suitable heatproof holder. Never leave burning wood unattended, and ensure it is fully extinguished after each use. Keep away from children, pets and flammable materials.
