For non-damaged items, please ensure that you contact us within 30 days to arrange a refund or exchange via your Online Account or email us directly.

How To Use
For meditation: Hold the leather cord so that the two tingsha hang freely. Gently bring the outer edges together and allow the resulting tone to ring out naturally. Take a slow breath and follow the sound until it disappears. Repeat if you wish, or use a single chime to mark the beginning and end of your meditation.
For crystal cleansing: Arrange your crystals in front of you and gently sound the tingsha above or around them. Move slowly around your collection, allowing the sound to fade before striking them again. Sound cleansing is particularly useful for crystals that you'd prefer not to cleanse using water or smoke.

We offer Free Shipping for letter post orders, when you spend over £45 in the UK or over £150 for international customers. Unfortunately, we've paused our EU deliveries due to recent legislative changes.

Yes. We operate a quibble-free 30 day return policy, so you don't need to worry if you don't connect with your new crystal.
We'll pay shipping for any damaged products and you'll need to pay for shipping for all other returns.
