November Birthstone Collection

November’s recognised birthstones are Topaz and Citrine, two golden gemstones that were frequently mistaken for one another before modern gemmology made it possible to identify minerals accurately. Both have traditionally been associated with warmth, optimism and abundance.

Natural Citrine is relatively uncommon, and much of the Citrine on the wider market is heat-treated Amethyst. At Rock + Realm, we only offer natural Citrine, so availability may be limited. Tiger’s Eye provides a beautiful and accessible alternative, with golden bands and a moving cat’s-eye effect known as chatoyancy. It is traditionally associated with courage, confidence and grounded decision-making.
