For non-damaged items, please ensure that you contact us within 30 days to arrange a refund or exchange via your Online Account or email us directly.
Refund and shop credits will be issued at the discretion of Rock + Realm and you are responsible for the return shipping fee.

Looking After Your Treasures
- For an even, long-lasting burn, allow the wax to melt towards the edges of the vessel on first use.
- Trim both wicks to around 5mm before each burn and keep the wax free from debris.
- Burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from draughts.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended or near children, pets or flammable materials.
- Allow to cool before handling and stop use when around 1cm of wax remains.

We offer Free Shipping for letter post orders, when you spend over £45 in the UK or over £150 for international customers. Unfortunately, we've paused our EU deliveries due to recent legislative changes.

Yes. We operate a quibble-free 30 day return policy, so you don't need to worry if you don't connect with your new crystal.
We'll pay shipping for any damaged products and you'll need to pay for shipping for all other returns.
