Crystals and handcrafted products are unique and it can be difficult to find the right piece when shopping online, therefore you have the option of a return or exchange if you do not connect with a piece when it arrives.
For non-damaged items, please ensure that you contact us within 30 days to arrange a refund or exchange via your Online Account or email us directly.
Refund and shop credits will be issued at the discretion of Rock + Realm and you are responsible for the return shipping fee.

Olive wood has a high oil content which makes it naturally water resistant and anti-bacterial, making these olive wood bowls food safe and the perfect nibble dish.

Sustainably sourced from olive trees that have come to the end of their fruiting life.
Olive trees can live for hundreds of years, but eventually stop producing fruit, commonly referred to as “ancient” olive trees. It is at this point in an olive tree’s life that the wood becomes much harder and takes on a unique pattern and colour.
The ancient olive wood used in these bowls is sustainably sourced from Tunisia, where the most olive trees in the world (80 million trees!) are planted. The wood from the trees that are too old to produce olives are replaced by younger trees.
Looking After Your Treasures
Ancient olive wood will last a lifetime with simple & easy care:
> Rub with a light application of olive oil every 3 - 4 months to prevent the wood from drying out
> If using with food, wash in luke warm soapy water. Let the bowl dry and then rub in a little olive oil
> Not dishwasher safe
> Cracks may occasionally appear in the wood when it is too dry, try re-oiling to bring the wood back to life

We offer Free Shipping for letter post orders, when you spend over £60 in the UK or over £150 for international customers. Unfortunately, we've paused our EU deliveries due to recent legislative changes.

Yes. We operate a quibble-free 30 day return policy, so you don't need to worry if you don't connect with your new crystal.
We'll pay shipping for any damaged products and you'll need to pay for shipping for all other returns.
