Crystals and handcrafted products are unique and it can be difficult to find the right piece when shopping online, therefore you have the option of a return or exchange if you do not connect with a piece when it arrives.
For non-damaged items, please ensure that you contact us within 30 days to arrange a refund or exchange via your Online Account or email us directly.
Refund and shop credits will be issued at the discretion of Rock + Realm and you are responsible for the return shipping fee.

- Avoid direct sunlight for long periods
- Don't mix crystals of different hardness in the same container
- Regularly cleanse with smoke, selenite or water (if water safe)
- Regularly charge with clear quartz, selenite, sound, moonlight or sunlight
Howlite are water safe and non-toxic - suitable for children.
Raw Howlite has a slightly chalky texture, therefore be careful not to chip it.

We offer Free Shipping for letter post orders, when you spend over £60 in the UK or over £150 for international customers. Unfortunately, we've paused our EU deliveries due to recent legislative changes.

Yes. We operate a quibble-free 30 day return policy, so you don't need to worry if you don't connect with your new crystal.
We'll pay shipping for any damaged products and you'll need to pay for shipping for all other returns.
