For non-damaged items, please ensure that you contact us within 30 days to arrange a refund or exchange via your Online Account or email us directly.

Five minutes to clear your mind
Find a quiet moment at the beginning of your day, perhaps with your morning tea or coffee, before opening your laptop or checking your phone. You don't need any journaling experience, just a willingness to give yourself a few uninterrupted minutes.
1. Empty your mind. Start with the brain-dump section and write down everything that's occupying your thoughts. Work deadlines, household jobs, worries, creative ideas or something you've been meaning to remember. Don't worry about order, spelling or making sense of it all. The intention is simply to get your thoughts onto paper.
2. Choose your priorities. Look back over what you've written and identify the three things that deserve your attention today. These don't all have to be productive achievements. Making time for a walk, calling a friend or taking a proper lunch break can be just as important.

We offer Free Shipping for letter post orders, when you spend over £45 in the UK or over £150 for international customers. Unfortunately, we've paused our EU deliveries due to recent legislative changes.

Yes. We operate a quibble-free 30 day return policy, so you don't need to worry if you don't connect with your new crystal.
We'll pay shipping for any damaged products and you'll need to pay for shipping for all other returns.
