Crystals and handcrafted products are unique and it can be difficult to find the right piece when shopping online, therefore you have the option of a return or exchange if you do not connect with a piece when it arrives.
For non-damaged items, please ensure that you contact us within 30 days to arrange a refund or exchange via your Online Account or email us directly.
Refund and shop credits will be issued at the discretion of Rock + Realm and you are responsible for the return shipping fee.

Made in Japan using Japanese-grown Hinoki cypress, this beautifully natural incense combines powder from the tree's leaves and wood to create Hinoki's distinctive fresh, green and gently woody fragrance.
Hinoki, or Japanese cypress, has been valued in Japan for centuries and is particularly associated with traditional architecture, temples and the restorative atmosphere of Japanese bathing. Its clean woodland scent feels quite different from sweeter or more traditionally smoky incense, making this a lovely choice if you prefer fragrances that feel fresh, natural and quietly grounding.
There is something wonderfully transportive about Hinoki. Burn a stick while meditating, reading or practising yoga, or simply when you want to step away from screens and create a little breathing space. Its green, forest-like character also makes it particularly lovely for those moments when you would rather be walking amongst trees than sitting indoors.
Crafted in Japan by Nippon Kodo, the Chië collection celebrates aromatic materials from around the world in their pure natural form. The incense is made from natural aromatic ingredients and powders, without synthetic fragrance or colourants. Rather than standardising every fragrance, Nippon Kodo allows the different raw materials to determine characteristics such as burn time, preserving more of their individual character.

How To Use
Place your incense stick in the holder included and place on a heat resistant dish to catch the ash.
Light the tip of the incense stick and allow it to catch briefly before gently fanning out the flame.
Burn while meditating, practising yoga or enjoying a quiet moment at home. Hinoki's fresh woodland fragrance also makes it a lovely choice when you want to reset the atmosphere of a room or create a simple nature-inspired ritual.
Always burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from draughts and flammable materials. Never leave burning incense unattended.

We offer Free Shipping for letter post orders, when you spend over £45 in the UK or over £150 for international customers. Unfortunately, we've paused our EU deliveries due to recent legislative changes.

Yes. We operate a quibble-free 30 day return policy, so you don't need to worry if you don't connect with your new crystal.
We'll pay shipping for any damaged products and you'll need to pay for shipping for all other returns.
